Plans Committed to God Succeed
" 3 Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."
Prov 16:3 NIV
I seek the Lord and He directs my steps;
I surrender my plans to Him.
I place myself in His hands
And He guides me from within.
Many plans fail for lack of counsel
And not seeking God’s will.
Man seeks to find His own glory
And follow His own desires still.
Plans committed to God succeed,
But only when we surrender;
Allow the Father to guide us,
And be disciplined by His order.
Both riches and honor come
From heaven’s storehouse above;
Given to us to glorify our Creator,
And praise Him for His love.
Thank God and praise His glorious name,
For the blessings He provides.
When we commit our plans to Him
He reveals gifts on the inside.
When we heed His guidance,
He provides success and peace.
Let’s thank Him for His willingness,
These blessings to release.
He gives us strength and power
To lead a life victorious.
He teaches us perseverance,
And the uselessness of being anxious.
When we commit our plans to God daily
And ask Him to lead the way,
Peace is the joyous result,
And our success God does not allay.
