Pets In Heaven

When we wonder about Heaven, What it's like and who'll be there? If we think of all God promised; Maybe we should speak in prayer. Talk to Him about devotion. Mention those here by our knee. All their years of total friendship, Endless love and loyalty. Pray that He would now reward them, Soft warm beds next to our chair. When our time on earth is ended; Should we not ask they be there? For if their allowed in Heaven, Sharing evermore . . you see. Heaven's all that Jesus promised, All He said that it would be! © 2015 Diane Lefebvre

Diane, like Kim said - since the Bible mentions other animals in Heaven, I think God will allow us to have our pets there. Even if they don't have souls, he can still raise them. I liked your poem.

Beautiful poem that touched my heart from one animal lover to another. Of course we will see our beloved pets in Heaven.. it's in God's word... just read the book of Revelations to see how many animals dwell in Heaven. xx~xx
