When there is nothing else left to pursue,
As each solution is rendered worthless,
And defeat appears certain to ensue,
My arrogance asserts it is hopeless.
Frustrated I ponder about science,
Probing relentless through every option,
In despair the novel goads my conscience
But my skills warn against its adoption.
Now the impasse dictates I should refrain.
Discouraged I attempt to hide my rile,
As all ideas are randomly slain,
That’s when logic resolves it is futile.
Then, my soul softly murmurs “persevere,
Divine intervention you must revere”.
