Perfectly Dangerous

You're beautiful, like a shark; Nature's murderous work of art. Most elite of your legion, But I'm from dryer region. Wishing I wasn't so far, As dangerous as you are, I find beauty in your scars, For I know you've battled hard, It's what's gotten you this far. You're beautiful like a shark. Building off what others aren't, No need for another's heart. You could live your life in stride, Without partners by your side, You'd never get hurt inside, You're The bravest in the tides. I barely know how to swim, Yet love the waters you're in. I know it's not safe to wade, Where the ocean darkens shade, But it's where I feel alive, No matter how deep I dive. I'd go just to see you once, Be it my last living stunt, I would tread the waters scared, Praying that I'd find you there. Never knowing when you'll strike, Til I feel you at my side. Just a nudge, perhaps a bite. I'll sleep under waves tonight, With a smile, and warm heart. You're beautiful like a shark.
