Passing Through
Before I find life's secret truth.
I must remember day's of youth.
Where lesson's lay beyond the past.
To where my life has gone so fast.
A future in a distant realm.
Where I'm the captain at the helm.
And mystic fog horns sound the way.
To places where I cannot stay.
I'll float among the sovereign souls.
That led the way and paid the tolls.
And left for us so many clues.
For us to follow in their shoe's.
It's each and everyone's own right.
To one day take that solemn flight.
Into the mystic realm beyond.
To reconnect with eternity's bond.
