Panic Attack
Heart pounding,
Confused and disoriented,
I cannot breathe.
There is a tightness in my chest
And butterflies in my stomach.
Vision blurred,
Weak and dizzy,
Nothing feels real.
There is tension in my muscles
And numbness in my skin.
Body aching,
Cool and sweaty,
I am shaking.
There is a panic in my head
And fear within my being.
