Pain
I hear the distant echo of my screams
the feeling of my heart being torn
away from happiness and laughter
towards pain and fear
the thought of waking up makes me shudder
though those words that pain utters
scrape away every bit of joy
away from my lifeless soul
into a distance of unimaginable hate and misery
just left in a deserted space of hell
