Overdue

Oh such is the day with God's Grace in your heart When you take time to pray before you even start In sensing His Power in the learning of His story It's such a beautiful hour simply basking in His Glory The birds so awake as I hear them singing His praise Created for His sake yet they beautify our own days Even the simple butterfly such an array must amaze No matter how you may deny these are Godly days Protected by His Grace and surrounded by His Love As I look for His Face in the gathering clouds above And with each sunrise the Lord allows me to see For all those with eyes how could you not agree We give credit to the architects and to the artist's too Yet we so very often neglect giving the Creator His due But this is not of me as in being so very crystal clear But even if you can't see He still does hold you so dear
