Over Your Lies
I have seen the proof that you’ve tried to hide
Lying to me with your eyes so full of pride
Lies come so easily to you like breathing
You’re hoping your lies will continue deceiving
Facebook is the devil, the bearer of bad news
Because while you keep lying, it shows the truth
The happy times with your child and wife
The one you pretend doesn’t exist in your life
“We’re getting a divorce, it should be over soon”
As if I really believe that cow jumped over the moon
You bear your ring proudly in all the pics I’ve seen
Trying to figure out why you just won’t come clean
Is it because if you do, you won’t have me anymore?
That wonderful chick that you’ve made your side whore?
We’ve talked about your lies and I thought that was it
I didn’t realize that you were still just full of ****
Why must you lie? I thought we were friends!
A man whose lies will allow a friendship to end
Lying loser, karma will forever be your shadow
Take it from me, we have reached a plateau
Enough is enough and I deserve better than you
Really what a shame because I was falling for you
Just when I thought I’d found someone worthy
Light shined on the darkness and showed you were dirty
Elaborate lies fall upon my two deaf ears
Erasing you from my life so I shed no more tears.
