Open the Heavens
In between stardust and moonbeams that shine
Leaving a trail on the sky
Open the heavens, this angel is mine
Wonderful dreams soar on high
~
Emptying sadness along with the pain
Yesterday’s sorrows to leave
Only a whisper shall come with the rain
Until the time we believe
~
Asking the questions that speak from my heart
Needing a place to begin
After the moments that kept us apart
Sending my love from within
~
Offering all that this man he can bring
Pleasures I hope you can feel
Happiness flows in the verses we sing
No longer love to conceal
~
