Hi Rhonda, I appreciate your comments. It took a great deal of effort to keep the words on the page in their right place. They were running all over the place like lost children in a blizzard. Hi Jan, These short poems are a challenge. I want the rain to take on a happy personality by singing, as a juxtaposition to the crying tree as it fills up and fills in the landscape and I want the sun to maneuver the streams of rain between the light beams and bands or hard elements of the rain as it drinks in both sun and tears. Maybe I'll just make another poem and go wild with ideas. Have a great night. Earl
