One Plus One
One plus one usually makes two
But not when it comes to young love
Soon a sweet little bundle arrives
And gives that theory a shove
Been like this since time immemorial
When Adam and Eve were around
Nothing is sweeter than a newborn babe
With their cute little cooing sounds
This feeling surpasses everything else
Nothing can compare to the joy
Of snuggling this darling little treasure
Whether it's a girl or a boy
It's always made the world go around
The drive to propagate mankind
Create an offspring to carry the torch
It renders us all peace of mind
