On My Back Porch

On My Back Porch Two cats were with me on my back porch And in my heart they both are a torch Bringing into my life much bright light Often meowing while staying up all night. It was then that I immediately realized Murderous meowing seemed synchronized And after a short while came to discover Jack and Henry were each other's brother. If stopped meowing and started singing And still perfect nuisance they were being Not only are cute and close but also compact Can you imagine them in a Vaudeville Act. In the end maybe I surely must surmise If them I chose to continually chastise Those cats are surely only one of a few No one else that I know can go meow.
