Now make a choice with easy style;
Let cheery poise unfurl wise smile.
Now dare to be just who you are;
Discern and see spark and grace star.
Now fling bold play with happy ploys;
Do as you say: claim sensuous joy.
Now learn to learn with heart and soul;
Mind hurls and yearns to be one whole.
Now wait and see just how things flow;
Let go, and be: be still and know.
Now is the time to love and live;
Reason and rhyme: be all you give.
This moment Now is all you've got;
Let love endow your life and lot.
