November Blues

I’ve got the November Blues, End of a Glasgow Summertime, Solely defined, On the hours of Sunshine, Of which I’ve had TWO to choose, November Blues, Not cured by Christmas fever, Ever eager, For solutions cheaper, How is this a happy time of year? I’ve got the November Blues, Call in sick for work, Sleep/Eat/Chase skirt, I keep, trying to raise my mood, Fireworks and Poppies are good, But never reaching peaks, At troughs I dwell and never speak, November Blues, You’re gone and won’t return, The chances spurned, And lessons learned, You’re gone and I remember, Blue all shades, roll on December.
