Nothing To Something By MEH Started with a seed However, I could not see all I could be with this little ol seed Until one day someone said to me What do you want to be? Thinking, did they just sow a seed! For me to realize That I can be whatever I wanted to be Then I lifted my hands and prayed to Thee only to recognize that little ol seed was planted for me To understand my destiny Now, I see that all He wanted from me was to understand with Him I can be more than I imagined if I allow Him to control my destiny I pray that I will develop into the child He desires me to be as I submit to His Authority Now, I am free Yes, free indeed Because He has His hands on me; guiding my every step allowing me to see that this life offers much more than what the eyes can see I came from nothing yet with Him I grow to become something! I take that same seed and plant it for you to be more than what you currently see Knowing, we came from nothing just trying to be something!! #ItzMeThePoet
