No Worries
Be pregnant with expectation
It’s one of my favorite phrases
It takes me from agonizing lamentations
And fills my heart and soul with hope
This world can’t explain the word faith
That everything wrong will be made right
But it’s what I hold to so dearly
When I start feeling alone in my plight
So often I have wondered
What it feels like to be all alone
And not have Jesus in your heart
And forever in my worries I’d roam
I thank you Father for expectation
And even for the pain I sometimes go through
For in these times I feel your comfort
As I cling with all that is within me to You
God’s will, will prevail in this world
So to worry about anything is vain
I will always strive to walk in faith
It’s the only thing that keeps me sane
