New Love
New Love: by Griffins Ndhine
I had loved ones
My heart was all mourns
Like it was pierced by thorns
Coz by my love I was deceived
Thought I was loved,
a shock is all I received
Behind my back, by another man she had conceived.
I am tempted to love again
But in my heart the pain still reign
Is it true that the same all girls will remain?
This remains my biggest worry
For my self I again never want to be sorry
In my life I want not to narrate this same story.
I had tried having a girlfriend
seeing other men was her trend
I was never enough for her
yet to me she was the only lover
And playing her I did never bother
Where will I find one not to break my heart?
From where do I find love that will not hurt?
Who is she, the one who will never depart?
I know you are out there somewhere
You are a type that is so rare
And all that I want in a lady you bare.
I hope to marry
so as to burry my worry
I hope a wife will not be the same as a girlfriend
I hope a wife will never offend.
So I got this one just recently
I am ready to love her sincerely
Her beauty is on point perfectly
She is what I need exactly
We got to talk but she told me No
I gave her time, I went back again She told me No.
A second No?
And how I cherish her
How I adore her, Oh my!
I had to up my game And so did I.
I skillfully redrew my pickup lines I got the lines,
I rehearsed the lines I went back again to her
This time with something new
Exactly what she wanted to hear
That she is a part of my life.
That I want her to be my wife
Coz her beauty is rare
And that she is my answered prayer.
She fell for it and I got her.
Her I will marry
Then I will have no worry
To her I will be everything
so she will lack nothing
I want her to see no other man
I want to be the only one I hope
in her heart I will reign
I hope hurting me she will refrain
I hope and hope she will never leave
but with me she will remain to live.
