Nature At Dusk

The sun reached a low point within the sky Creating skewed color schemes through the trees Grass becomes quite darker, I can’t deny Within the sunlight the highest plant sees It’s a dark purple where it does imply The approaching darkness is what achieves Only little light remained to now show Showing its last power, holds what we know Russell Sivey

Beautiful poem my friend, you aptly describe the setting sun in its beauty and power. The dark may come, and here in lies the unknown, and yet there is always the sunrise to illuminate again.
