Mystery Tears

These are something that I just don't understand. There's no reason and not what I had planned. Exactly what brings them on I really don't know. But some days I wake up and the tears start to flow. Is there something that causes these to be. Some kind of pain that I'm unable to see. Maybe they are just something we naturally go through. As for stopping them I haven't a clue. Not the best way to start the day. Endless tears that won't go away.

I can relate to this - went through a bad spell when my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer and I would burst into tears at the drop of the hat - am fine now - am more likely to shed a tear when I hear a sad song now LOL. Hugs Jan xx
