My Wish

Your young heart has been through so much, It has been crushed, trampled and thrown away in the winds of the Oklahoma skies, I can't see through your eyes so I can't see where you've been, I can't hear what your heart is trying to say, I only know that your heart has been broken and all that remains is an empty shell, I have tried to be there time and time again, I've held you, I've cried with you, I''ve listened to you, I've consoled you, I wish I could take all the pain away, so that u could feel again, I want my very best friend to come back to me, I want you to be happy again I want to see you laugh again I want to hear your heart beat again I want the sun to come out again like it did when you smiled. This is my Wish for you.

Amazing, I really connect with what you're saying. It reminds me of my relationship with my son. Great work, loved it.

A sparkling example of modern poetry. Lack of rhyming scheme, so well made up by the poetry meter. Cryptic, as this is, it is an awesome romantic poem :)
