My Time For Peace

Sand and blue sea sing to my soul. Up in the sky the sun smiles. Now is my time for peace. Boats drift past the beach As I drift with Them till the Hush of Eve. A short one For the 101 in a row (off the bad wagon) 191Poetry Contest of PD

One can smile, thinking of a walk along the sea. (How I wish I were there!) Lovely poem, Andrea......this was a challenge to use one syllable words, but you nailed it!

trust the sun worshipper to write of sunbathing! haha nice 's' alliteration (maybe i would've liked to see sky rather than air - just a thought) a relaxing, soothing piece - i'm nearly dropping off just reading it! - and a nice note to go out on, paired with george seal's poem - congrats on your win in my contest!
