My Sister and I
My Sister and I
My sister and I, had so much fun
Can you please, parden my pun?
She had an emergency at home
She left in a real hurry and did roam
Those long and endless roads of this long endless road
Told her not to drive in needless hurry in haste and load
Someone at home needed her mostly
She knows these roads better than I
Maybe I will take the time and won’t deny
Told me she had to call Edgar the mortician
Edgar and us all went to school way back with vocation
He had always been interested with the deathly ill
It made us sisters so blissfully sick to our gills.
I always thought sis would end up marrying him
Eve would never let anyone influence her vanities whim
She’s like a flowery, flowing gypsy rose
She knows her words so very well I suppose
She’s my biggest inspiring beauty so well composed.
