My Muse
What is my Muse? It's Death;
It's the pain I get from every single breath;
It's my pillow, soaked in tears;
It's my hate towards myself, so fierce.
It's unanswered Love, which to me was served,
And it's my friends, which are not deserved.
It's my life, so full of pain,
And, at last, it's me, a wreck of a train.
Yes, all these forms for it are quite dark,
But I don't want you to think that grimness is my signature mark.
I just write whatever comes to my head,
And it's not my fault that I can only write when I feel bad.
