My Last Words
I’m sorry I couldn’t be there
to see you depart to tell you these
three words I hold in my heart, dad
I love you in that will never change,
you was a great man and one day I
wish to be the same, you taught me
everything I know and I thank you I
just wish you didn’t have to go, I
remember back when I was a kid
you use to laugh and joke with me
that was fun wasn’t it, but
remembering things like that just
make it harder for me to write this,
but your my dad I don’t care what
anybody say, I love you so so much
I just sorry I have to tell you this
way, this man help my family for as
long as I could remember going
against the rules to make sure we
wouldn't suffer, he gave me two
people I could call mom and dad for
that my love for you will always last
I know it’s been a while since we last
seen each other, but I know you still
look out for me dad I will always
love you no matter what mom you
was the other half that kept him
strong but I guess it was time for
him to go home but mom I know
you will stay strong because I know
you’re a strong woman I will always
have you in my prayers and I’m
truly am sorry I couldn’t be there I
love you mom and dad
