Morning Star and Friend
Morning Star with friend so close but so far
Focal point on canvas of dull blue
With faintest pink on the eastern horizon
In the stillness and quiet roosters sing once again
Joined by the crickets,
it sounds like "Hallelujah Chorus "
Each second a little more light from morn's sun
As the sun comes over horizon, morning star and friend
Gradually decrease in light...
John said in the "Bible", " I must decrease as Jesus increase"
Jesus' light is now the only one to follow..
