More Than a Pretty Face

Don't love me for my Pretty Face, Youth and beauty are but a passing phase.. For some I'm pretty as sunshine, And for some intoxicating as wine! The little girl in me finds this flattering, But over a time,it just gets overbearing..! How can man be such a Fool?? Just a fair skin to make him drool.. Its just a shell which will fall apart, Leaving behind my soul and heart.. But here,on face value it all ends, For admirers,lovers or even friends.. It makes me cry out in frustration, Deep down, I feel absolute isolation..! Am I blessed or am I cursed? Could anyone's fate be more worse? On my knees, to THY I pray, Someone to Love me, when I'm withered and grey!!
