Moon In Broad Daylight

. I overheard a four-year old ask his dad Why he saw the moon at daytime But never saw the sun at night. Quite surprised, the man pondered for a long while On how to explain the matter With an answer truthful and right. He scratched his head and tried to change the topic But the boy stuck to his question Cannot be persuaded outright. I was four long, long ago, dad fumbled, too Same question, same delight Pale moon out there in broad daylight. .

Another week has come and gone and I haven't been able to read as much this week as I had wanted. I am glad I was able to read your poetry today Romeo. Keep your pen scrolling don't let the ink dry up. I hope you have a wonderful weekend of sunshine and joy and find lots of inspiration along the way. Love, Carol
