Mixed Senses

Relaxed, lying in a hot bath Inhaling lavender fragrance, Watching flickering candles And shadows dancing on the walls, Listening to the soothing music Of Mozart’s piano sonatas, She gently strokes her silky skin While feeling her unborn genius Making music of his own. --------------------------------------- Music ~14th September 2015 Author: Paul Callus Contest : Mixed Senses Sponsor: Nette Onclaud Placed 5th

Wow. Did you mean this to be interpreted just one way, Paul? I see this as a pregnant woman letting her unborn child listen to Mozart, or one who's not pregnant but letting her music muse be inspired himself. Of course, the soothing ambiance lends itself to pure sensual picture...Great images there, my friend. A placement, certainly. hugs!

Thank you for the insightful feedback, Kim. The idea was to present a pregnant woman in a sensual way, much depending on the right ambience. Glad you like it. Have a lot of faith in your entry, too! Hugs // paul

This is so lovely Paul. I remember playing piano music for my unborn youngest daughter and one time I tried playing Pavarotti for her and she kicked the heck out of me! We all laughed and stuck with piano music. What a great entry! I have to fave this one! 7

Hi Connie! Thank you for a delightful package.....reading, commenting and for the high rating & fav!! Both my children and g'daughter were subjected to unintentional long periods of all types of music; maybe that's why they like music so much. That bit about Pavarotti gave me a good laugh, too:) Hugs // paul
