Mindful
Sit still and pare
That edgy care
Breathe fresh clear air
Posture primes psalm
In mindful sum
A dazzle calm
Peace wears a face
Light in sure grace
In time and space
Watch easy thought
Plot, spot and slot
Flip, stray, then dot
Breathe in, breathe out
Screaming thoughts shout
Then silence pouts
Keep focus still
Watch that stray will
Be one with feel
Sit still right now
Let gaze endow
Shed light somehow
Look do you see
Then let things be
Mindful, set free
