Mindfield

I tried to cross the lawn this morning From my house, out to the street In hopes that I could find a place Where I could get a bite to eat Boy, this grass grew fast and tall It looks like it could reach the sky And the droppings from the dog next door Got to be a mile high Another soggy wet Newspaper Just laying in my way I wish the kid would learn to throw And reach the porch, some day Across the lawn I stagger 'Till I reach my favorite plant I guess it's just another day In the life of this here, Ant

This is such a wonderful little story, never really thought about an ant this way, left me smiling and laughing with such a great ending surprise, thanks for the laughter and I enjoyed this a lot...Sharon G.

Jerry . . . You've made the "ordinary" here, "extraordinary." I think many of us share these kinds of mornings. Great Read!! Cheers, Gary

Thank you, Nette, I believe life is just like that, it's as extraordinary as you choose to make it.
