Merrily Round We Go
Its a revolving door
Its a Spirit turning into a Christmas store
We aren't satisfied, we aren't longing to stay long
You can hide behind the settee
When the monsters come on the TV
But when you leave a space in my heart
Spinning in my room, head hitting the ceiling
Merrily we go round
I dont want to get off this ride
Its not stopping all night so hold to me tight
Merrily we go round
Round we merrily go
You turn heads and I twist arms
You know your reaching dizzy heights
Your being lazy but you make no one sigh
Its just a letter stuffed in an envelope
With a cheque hidden between pages one and two
You know we're gonna be alright
The rent is only 3 months late
Merrily we go round
Round we merrily go
Into the unknown
I'll always say yes
Like your holding to my head a gun
Merrily we go round
I dont want to get off this ride
Its not stopping all night so hold to me tight
Merrily we go round
Round we merrily go
I'm so dizzy on my feet
Feels like when you kiss me so sweetl
