May I Dance With You
May I dance with you on All Hallows Eve
I feel much safer with those who believe
Many deride this ancient tradition
But they've not seen souls that lay in perdition
I feel protected when I'm in your arms
You seem so able to keep me from harms
Please lead me slowly away from this light
There by the window where the moon shines bright
If you'll hold my body tighter against you
I can feel your blood pumping stronger, too
Now lean your head to the right just like so
I can nuzzle your neck and not let go
You will barely feel my fangs sharp and quick
I'll not take much blood for yours is so thick
Then I will be gone and you may believe-
May I dance with you on All Hallows Eve
