Masala Dosa

Masala dosa Spicy veges massla wrapped in crispy crunchy roll and sambar, coconut chutney. It's a South Indian dish my mom used to prepare at home for three of us and we used to be counting who could eat the max. Hi Dr. Upma: My son in law is Indian and I'm very familiar with that dish and many others. Tandoori chicken,a curry omelet, some naan and a delicious kulfi afterwards!

I have many memories of sitting in the kitchen watching and learning from my Mother and Grandmother while they prepared the family meals. Sound delicious!!
