Lover
Lover
By Brooke Bowers
How will you
Except the beast inside,
That can't find
The guts to ask you,
Tell me truthfully
For my heart depends
On it,
Oh my lover
Tell me why,
You love such
A dreadful face,
I would ask
You to walk with you
in the moon light,
But I can't
Get the words right,
All I can
Say "I love you"
