Love Me

A year filled with loneliness passed, Another began the same way unsurpassed, Then a spark sparked at long last, But the wind kept gnawing at the ships’ mast. The sailing resumed terrible for this heart of mine, Proud forlorn feels still crossed this here line, All that which is needed cannot be attached a dollar sign, Regardless of this dangerously placed emotions power line. Love is needed in these times of sorrow, Yet the love I have for your stands higher than Kilimanjaro, It’s a love I bore with my heart and was never borrowed, I wait and wait for your stream to come by tomorrow. Love me dear damsel, Set me free to hug your emotions, This heart of mine needs just you and no counsel, My insanity is pushed by your personality’s beauty into motion. Love me without fear of loss, And as of today this lips will be soft from gloss, And my heart readied your arrival as Jesus’ cross, Love me with the emotion that has no profit or loss. Love me to realize my intentions with thee, All thy doubt through each bodily pores flee, Love proved without worry of failure, A perfect garment for you and me, a present from the world’s tailor.
