Love Me
Hold me in Your arms, Lord,
Never let me go,
Hold me close, Lord,
Tell me what I should know.
Love me for who I am, Lord,
Not for whom I cannot be,
Love all my imperfections, Lord,
Love me for me.
Love my whole being, Lord,
Even though I can’t cook or drive,
Love me forever, Lord,
Never leave my side.
Be my Father and Partner, Lord,
While here on this earth,
And thank-You for loving me,
Since the day of my birth.
