Love Changes

Some can handle it A few can understand it No one can describe it This thing called love can rearrange you It messes with your head It takes over your life It consumes you Inwards and outwards You become someone new Good feelings glow from you When love is about You smile constantly You seem happy You feel funny You want to tell everyone you're in love To tell them how contented you are How whole you feel How great it is to be With the one you love Reasoning goes out the window Love is not its bed fellow You cant think straight When all you do is Sigh and smile incessantly This state of emotional turmoil Blurs and distorts Fantasy and reality intertwine Eternity is a scene of serenity Love can infiltrate all of you Waxing and waning Driving you insane It can send a life down the drains Pursuing it can cause so much pain But finding it Is a journey that is not in vain Ignoring it leaves you cold It can make the shy very bold When in love you may need to keep calm The senses are tingled And the endorphins mushroom Only a few can escape if they want to Only a few are steely enough To not let it destroy them Only a few wont let love win Those that enjoy it Can be quite happy Those that find feel great Those that want it Hope it comes before it is too late
