Lost

Lost Silently I’m crying inside Inside myself, hope seems to be lost Lost and no one sees the pain Pain of love and dreams I once had Had and it came with a cost Cost I wish I could regain Regain, but the wounds are too deep Deep I can’t even understand why I’m crying Crying in this infinite dark place I shouldn’t be in In yet I’ve fallen waiting to be found in one piece Piece by piece I’m feeling alone and lost Lost and empty can’t find my way out Out I don’t know any more if I belong Belong lost and never to be found 2//3/2016 ~ Poetry Contest: Lost Sponsored by: Broken Wings
