Long Road

It's been a long road my feet are so worn I thirst I ache my knees begin to shake Still I carry on. Going to make my home In a better place gone slay my demons face To face. Pick up the pieces of my broken faith Put them back together in this brand new space, My dreams were big but my bridge to small I've tested My resolve. It's been a long road I've traveled many miles To start all over this I swear I will not fail my dreams to mighty For another hellish fight I've built my own road paved in gold this is my prize this is my rise.
