Lonely Winter's Night

I look out at through the window
And I see the sugar white snow
It makes me start to remember
Of how last month in December

She and I said goodbye
It brings a tear to my eye
Thinking of how she was once a part of my life
I even pondered making her my wife

But ever since that bitter fight
I am now here in this lonely winter’s night
Drinking hot chocolate sitting here by the fireplace
With a tear running down my face

I wish she did not leave
I tried calling her on Christmas Eve
But it was all in vain
Now all I feel is pain

When I should be feeling joy
I went from one happy and lucky boy
To being a lonely bitter man
And I do not think she will ever understand

That I still love her
And that I want her back
