Living Nightmares

walking through the dark, lighting up a spark. my nightmares come alive, and now i try to hide. it takes little time to make me lose my mind. now i need to find the truth, no more lies. i keep an open eye as rain falls from the sky. my nightmares come alive, i try not to lose my mind. my time is running out, I'm filled with doubt. My nightmares flood my mind now i see them right before my eyes, frozen in time. i realize now, that my nightmares won't drown. i cant help but frown. tears fill my eyes as my hope starts to die. all i want to do is learn how to fly. living nightmares, rest in peace. living with you is harder than it seems. i wish for happier dreams, but sadly i cant see. my living nightmares are my reality.
