Listen To Your Love

You look beautiful as ever, Like Alaskan skies, You are my dove and have dove’s eyes. Come away with me to the secret meadow. There, we will hold each other til the stars glow. Say farewell to loneliness And give me kisses of holiness Together, our love is harmonious. Let me see your love Let me listen to your love, Let me hold your love. I was afraid of the dark Before you took my hand And made me able to stand. I lost hope in finding another Before you showed me care like no other. I lived life with only sadness But now you are my light of gladness. Let me see your love Let me listen to your love, Let me hold your love. Your lips are strands of velvet, And your hair is dipped in lavender. Your love is the ocean I want to drown in, Your voice, sweet like a violin Everyday our love begins again Let me see your love Let me listen to your love, Let me hold your love.
