Letter To Her
With the semester coming to a close
And the summer drawing near
We will soon part our ways
And I cannot help but shed a tear
We shared my best memories
I hope you cherish them too
I do not regret a single moment
Spent with you
We had our disagreements
We had our fun
But I hardly think
That our story is done
We will continue to text
Continue to call
And at the end of the day
I will think about it all
The days we spent together
The laughs we shared
How I could look in your eyes
And know how much you cared
We could lay there for hours
And not exchange a word
I could just take a glance
And it all was then heard
You could say it all
With just a look on your face
And I knew in those moments
That this was my place
So please do not let me go
I will give you your space
And when you are ready
I will meet you again in this place
