L'Appel Du Vide

The top of the cliff, up so high. A woman stands tall, queen of the sky. One lone soul, one soul alone. Wanting to stay here, but wanting to go home. She stands on the edge, ready for the fall. Then closes her eyes, as her mind hits a wall. She didn't want to jump, to leave it all behind. But the voice in her head said, 'Go, don't be confined!' The unknown lays before her, so much to explore. She opens her eyes, before she closes them once more. It looked so appealing, the space above the ground. The drop wouldn't be long, she'd be gone without a sound. Edging forward, more and more. Thinking about life, there's still so much more. But she still carried on, and took a deep breath. She stood up tall, and jumped to her death. The fall was smooth, almost no sound. But before long, she reached the ground. She didn't want to die, she didn't want to leave. But there was something about it, she was too naive. Her family didn't know, they didn't hear her plead. But what you don't know, is that the girl was me. L'appel du vide, the call of the void. It looks so great, until your wold is destroyed. -Just a side note, I am fine, this is just to show how bad people can get because of others and I, myself am not depressed. If you are then please talk to someone, even me. I am more that happy to talk about some of these things if you need it :)
