The Rock That You Can Cling To

The rock you can cling to Ill be your knight in shining armour be beside you when you call Sword gripped in my hand to protect you I'll catch you when you fall I'll be your shelter, your fortress strong on those blustery winter days. Hide yourself inside my protective arms here forever may you remain I'll be the rock that you can cling to when the waves come crashing in Even though fear may overwhelm you hold on tight, together we can win I'll be your bed when you are alone soft but firm and oh so warm I'll be your comforter you can wrap up in I'll keep you safe from the raging storm I'll be the river flowing, oh so gently floating your troubles out to sea Climb aboard, sail on my trusty ship make my life complete and marry me.
