Just Listen

as I sit on my porch~ the heaviness of my thoughts... so melodious is the sound..... of the day light sounds that abound... crickets are singing, sounds... are ringing. birds are chirping... the brook is gurgling.... frogs are cying for rain.. it beats the sound... of inane thoughts foraging through my brain... so melodious of daylight sounds... where peacefulness invades the brain...

Lovely imagery here overpowering and sending those thoughts away while appreciating nature at her finest. So peaceful. Love, Shar

sometimes if we really listen to natures messages they will and do calm us from the stresses of humankind,,very well written with flowing lines of image filled words that we only need to open our eyes and ears,,,blessings...Cecil

Sounds and smells do that for me. This is wonderful. Youi have a way of expressing yourself that lets the reader see and actually breathe between each word. That's a great effect! Terrific write. Michael
