Intrigued

under a rock, squashed, i peeked out, squinting - the blinding sun pushed my shades to their limit, glinting. i could not be cool i could not hide like anybody's fool i know i'm taken for a ride and then you passed by with a hint of expression that made me wonder why i'd seek nothing but your passion.
