In the Wilderness
In the wilderness I walk
With outmost confidence and faith
Cause the one for whom this quest I take
Is always by my side
In the wilderness it seems
Trails are always greater than triumphs
But greater is he that retains our souls
For his ways are always consecrated
In the wilderness I know
It’s constantly stormy and dim
But the beam from his righteous dwelling
Shines through this shrine build in dirt
In the wilderness it’s grim
The wicked outlines suck you in
You can’t wiggle out if you tried
Except with his perpetual adoration
