Imagine a Word Mountain
Imagine a Word Mountain
Imagine a word mountain
Think, if you will
Imagine a line of words
forming a tall hill
A million running north to south
The same then east to west
Now upwards the same again
Now quietly fill in the rest
Imagine there was a word quake
(It's call it a word slide)
Millions come tumbling down
Down this mountain side
Its natural angle of repose
Meant it ran beyond the dawn
Then past these sleeping cows
It just ran on and on.
The leading edge kept going
Before tumbling to an end
You knelt and peered at the text
Trying to see what it said
You looked very closely
The print ridiculously small
Imagine a word mountain
Think,
if you will...
